The steel cartridge case is usually used in the large-caliber gun. However tile plastic cartridge case has been used in some large caliber gun in recent years. There is obvious difference about the physical performance between the two kinds of cartridge cases. So it is useful to calculate the stress distribution of cartridge case during the launch. This paper main include four points:(1) The one-dimension two-phase flow model of one large-caliber gun has been established, the pressure and temperature results could be gotten through calculate.(2) The two-dimension finite element model of metal cartridge case is acted by multi-phase flow has been established. The effects of different loads on the stress result of cartridge case are analyzed.(3) The two-dimension finite element model of plastic cartridge case is acted by multi-phase flow has been established. The effects of different sizes on the strain result of cartridge case are analyzed.(4) The three-dimension finite element model of cartridge case is acted by multi-phase flow has been established. The effects of crack on the stress result of cartridge case are analyzed. |
