Since working device is the organization of the loaders to directly realize shovel objects, and it's the major composition of the loaders. The performance of the working device has important influence on working size,engine power, production efficiency, the cost of production and market competition et.. Therefore the design plays an important role in design. In the past, analogy and construction method have been used on the design of the work device, which make the job tedious, low accuracy and long. In that way, it is not easy to get a satisfied design project. Though some experience has been accumulated in a long-term design, blindness still exists for the lack of the modern design theories. In order to look for a satisfied project, a flood of handicraft painting work is usually needed。In this way, it is hard to innovate for not only low design efficiency, but also more dependence on the sample machine. It is the most effective means that adopting the advanced method to raise design level,This paper firstly elaborates the meaning of optimization design for the loaders. Referring to plenty of documents and summaries,this paper introduces the type of the working device, as well as traditional design methods and modern design methods.and describes virtual technical, body theoretical, finite element analysis theoretically and its domestic and abroad research condition briefly, at the same time introduces some simulate software and finite element analysis software of rigid body. and this paper based on the modern CAE software such as PROENGINEER, ADAMS, ANSYS and MATLAB are used to conduct the kinetics and dynamics analysis and research, to make the design works considerably easier, to raise the design efficiency and the design level noticeable and to improve the Synthesized performances of equipment of the loaders.Mainly,I have done the works as the following: The first ,this paper elaborates the design requirements of the working device of the loaders, establish mathematics models of RSCPM with the method of plane projection,to determine design variable based on coordinates of each points, the development variable based on the angle of location of moving arm and bucket, the goal function based on the performance of stabilization of bucket when moving arm is lifting,and works out the expressions between goal function and design variable ,as well as the restraint conditions. The second, this paper elaborates the optimization calculation method and its course of RSCPM. Firstly, this chapter briefly introduces optimization theory and provides optimization ideological combining the specific condition of this design. Secondly it simply introduces the characteristic of MATLAB software and the tool case of Optimization Toolbox, in the last part based on the mathematics model, it compiles MATLAB optimization program, elaborates programming thought, and gets the ideal optimization results. The third this paper elaborates the virtual simulation research on working device of loaders. Firstly, it elaborates systematic theory of rigid body, then introduces simulation software ADAMS, and introduces the function of Design Study and Optimization correlated to this program. In the end itutilizes ADAMS software to establish the overall space model of RSCPM, and utilizes optimization to carry out optimization simulation, gets the optimization results consistent with MATLAB, and make the performance of the level move of bucket notable raise. The fourth ,this paper introduces the characteristics and function of the software of finite element analysis ANSYS and the port of WORKBENCH,to establishe space three-dimensional model of working device of loaders using PROENGINEER, and at the same time using interface to enter the PROENGINEER of WORKBENCH to carry out overall finite element analysis, and to get the analysis results. This paper compares the results of two optimization methods,Matlab and Adams and then arrive at a correlated conclusion. 1. Through optimizing the RSCPM, the level move of bucket improves obviously during the process of lifting the moving arm. 2.the optimizing variable and objective parameters between the two approaches are close which make it easy to confirm each other easily and trustful. 3. Making the finite element analysis of working equipment by WORKBENCH , it is precise ,vertical ,effective and efficient compared with the traditional method 4. MATLAB is embodied with strong designing function , the engineering designer need not take the trouble the amount of work by directly optimizing the object parameters which raise the efficiency.
