The paper discusses and analyses Influential factors of the power system. Also the paper studies the loader engine and torque converter matching, analyses the problems in matching, and introduces the engine and torque converter rational matching method. The paper which establishes and analyses the prototype model of the loader, is computer technology in engineering machinery in the design of the application, the application of study and design of the loader provides a new design method and thoughts, which not only can improve the design quality and meet the design personnel and the user's needs; and still can shorten the development cycle, for the design and other mechanical loader product design provide a new way.
