The static pressure type level meter is an important tool of container liquid level measurement, which is mainly used for monitoring of the tank, reactor, and tower liquid level in the production process. With the development of industry, particularly the development of wireless sensor network, the level of automaton increasingly high demands, and the existing static pressure type level meter can not meet the demands of industry. There are three main drawbacks as following: Cable connection wiring and complicated way, poor real-time capability of signal acquisition, low data signaling rate.In order to realize the wireless access for industrial liquid level meter, real time signal acquisition and improve signal transmission rate, making the static pressure type level gauge pressure measurement module and wireless sensor nodes combination, exploiting a set of static pressure type level gauge system based on ZIGBEE wireless network. System surrounds TI company CC2530F256 chip design of hardware circuit. Software design based on ZIGBEE802.15.4 protocol and network design based on AODVjr energy agreement.The thesis also considers that the power of nodes will forward diminish because of a large number of other nodes around the SINK node leads to its power consumption rapidly, eventually making the whole wireless sensor network failure, in a large-scale network environment with using a single SINK nodes.In order to guarantee the robustness of the system network, reduce the number of sensor nodes to the SINK node hop count, using multiple SINK node deployment method, and through the network power consumption function and cost function ratio, calculated in the lowest network cost while guarantee the best network robustness, that is the optimal number of SINK node. And carries on the simulation by NS2 network simulation software, the simulation shows that the optimal number of SINK node have something to do with the network size, the number of key node, the node power consumption and the ordinary node and SINK node cost, the correctness of the theory is verified by simulation.
