The ground cable car is the main vehicle for earring passengers and conveing cargos in those ports of great water level gaps,which adopt steel wire to tow the carrige.For the control system whose automatization level descide the cable car's safty and security by high degree when it is running. However it lies on tow aspects for the cable car running without accident. On the one hand,how to actualize adjusting rope in time and avoiding danger because of the eat and flow of Changjiang River's water level; On the other hand,how to ensure the cable car reposefully running ,little impact,namely how to ensure the passenger's safety. So how to resolve these tow problems is the keystone for the cable car control system need to do.At present, the cable car control system adopt the mode adjusting rope by hand howbeit at those ports along the SanXia reservoir.This mode,its automatization level is very low and it is hard to get high precision when it adjusting rope.Now,the problem that how to keep the cable car calm when it starts to run and stops does not be resolved yet.In this paper,Wewill set about our work base on how to resolve above problems.After a thorough research to the present cable car system,the paper discuss the technology and key point about the cable car's running and stopping calmly.lt apply curve-simulation and geometry-programming theory to optimize the cable car's running and get some valuable and significative conclusion.On the one hand,in order to improve the cable car's automatization level,we impot the water level signal which be measured by transducer to up-computer.The paper link fuzzy control theory to study the automatization and half automatization mode when the cable car adjusts rope.This paper bring forward a whole fuzzy control scheme of the cable car's adjusting rope. It take the water level and the chang of speed of water level as the planar fuzzy controller's iput and take the amount of the cable car's adjusting rope as the output. On the other hand,this paper do a great deal work on the HMI design of the cable car's control system. It contrived a simulation about the cable car's control system by VB computer language and fulfilled the HMI'srequest.This simulation system study the automatization and half automatization mode,chang of water level and important parameters displsy in parameter set. At the same time,the paper discuss several schemes about water level alarm and the cable car's adjusting rope especially.The simulation system indicates that the mode of alarm and adjusting rope was satisfied with the request of the control system.It can use for reference for those cable car which has being used in ports. In addition , the value of water level must be introduced in order to realize intellectually adjusting rope of the cable car. But because of the geographical environment of great wate. level ports, it is difficult to measure the water level value by the way of digging the shaft. The paper has done much work in measuring the water level of the Changjiang River, and has done a lot of experiments. At last, it puts forward a set of scheme to settle well the measurement problem of the water level. For introducing the signal of the water level signal, this paper develops a set of special-purpose A/D module, which uses 51 signal-chip microcomputers as the kernel and ADC0809 as A/D chip, and designs RS-232 serial communication circuit and hardware warning device in addition so as to solve the problem of introducing the signal of water level to the up computer.
