Sluice is one of low-head hydraulic structures extensive use in hydraulic engineering .So sluice design is a common program that engineers do in hydraulic engineering .The purpose of the study in this paper is to be developing research sluice auto design system so as to improve design efficiency and quality shorten design cycle and reduce repeating amount of labor. All this is to make the sluice auto design system meet actual requirement and design for the engineer. The principal content of this paper is as following:Firstly, paper expounds the development of sluice Computer Aided design system and its present state discoveries open questions and then presents the purpose of developing sluice auto design system.Secondly, paper summarizes the method and thought of sluice design and presents the method of structural design in system development combining the new 《design specification for sluice》 (SL265-2001) and preliminary develops sluice design system with good design interface. The system can dispose tasks as following: designing baffle structure analyzing seepage flow of foundation of sluice analyzing longitudinal stability of lock chamben calculating inner force of sluice soleplate calculating settlement of foundation and distributed steel and so on.Once again, this paper discusses various theories and methods of calculating the settlement of foundation at present and analyses them. Then paper develops computation program about settlement of foundation combining the feature of sluice.Finally, this paper analyses and calculates the structure of check gate in ZHANGJ1ABANG, making use of mentioned above design system.The service platform is Windows9x/2000/xp adopting in this paper. The popular software, Visual Basic6.0, is used for the mainly development tool. Engineers can design sluice through interfacial dialog boxes with standard style of Windows. |
