With the development of the economy, consumers are more and more eager to get the products and services of the individuation and customization. If they want to survive in the intense competition of the market, the enterprises have to respond the change of the market as soon as possible. At the present, most of the enterprises have no the product agile design methods, and the reuse rate of the design knowledge(such as cases, accessories, design experience and so on) is very low. These problems make the cycle of the products design longer and the additional cost higher. How to provide the satisfied products to the consumers in short time with low costs and high efficiency has become the focus of the market competition.Because of such problems, this thesis analyzes the present condition of the products design and the trend of the development. Through the study of the product agile design system frame, it points out the function of the design repository in the agile design product system and analyses the knowledge and configuration management of the agile product design. The methods of the agile design based on the design repository is emphasized, namely, an Expanded Customization Design method based on the basic product parts .It means that basic product parts and the details are confirmed according to the configuration rules, which can effectively improve the agility of the system and achieve the agile Customization Design of customer-driven design.Based on the theory mentioned above, the product configuration system based on Web is built by utilizing the popular orient to object modeling, MVC design pattern, Java and database etc. The customer-driven design of the agile product design is also accomplished.Finally, We exploit the antetype system which is used in the compressor product of the Dalian Refrigeation Co.,LTD. The practical test shows that the agile product design can achieve the agile Customization Design of custom-driven design reasonably and effectively, decrease the design cycle and the time on market and promote the enterprises' competition in the market. |
