| With the rapid development of science technology and the intense market competition, the relatively calm market slowly becomes more active again and gradually becomes variable dynamic market,the traditional methods of mass customization cannot meet customers demand for personalized needs on products. Products update speed accelerating, product technology content constantly improving, varieties of small batch products proportion growing, are to gradually replace the mass production, and mass customization become the mainstream mode of production in the modern enterprise development. In this paper, through the research of mass customization production mode on agile configuration and agile supply chain, the enterprises ultimately achieve the purpose of mass customization production combined with the integration of PDM system and CAD system.The mainly research work and content of this paper is as follows:(1) Fully considering the personalized needs of customers and business mode of production conditions, we draw lessons from the advanced scientific research achievements in related fields at home and abroad, and expound the development situation at home and abroad about mass customization production, which conclude the research direction of present situation and the product configuration method at home and abroad, we put forward the research background and the research significance and organizational structure of this paper.(2) A chain of product family design are formed from the perspective of oriented product design platform,combining with the product function structure model of information integration platform,adding different personalization data module and putting forward product family oriented agile configuration method. The agile configuration method can produce flexible and modular product model, establish a three view drawing of visual product data, and provide the necessary technical support for product variant design and rapid configuration.(3) It elaborates the integration between CAD system and PDM system, and discusses the composition of CAD system and its basic framework, and discusses the CAD system and PDM system and the 4C system of two-way integration principle for content and data operation method of bidirectional integration involved.(4) Based on the implementation of agile supply chain under the mass customization of product technology process, the construction of agile supply chain are discussed which should abide the principle. At the same time, the product information in the application of agile supply chain management system framework and the process operation mechanism of the network system components are analyzed, which build the agile supply chain technology innovation platform and the agile configuration mode that based on the whole life cycle.(5) According to the characteristics of the product configuration under the environment of mass customization which combined with agile product configuration technology and the agile supply chain, we carry on the analysis on the mountain bike configuration scheme for example to construct a system of agile configuration. At the same time, this paper expounds the comprehensive evaluation of the configuration,and verifies the feasibility and the rationality of the allocation system on configuration method. |
