Computer Testing And Controlling System On The Characteristics Of Torque Converter

Torque Converter,widely used among the mechanism of transmitting, is one of the most important parts of the automobile,therefore,it is very important to test its characteristics to ensure the quality of the automobile.This paper is about the research of Computer testing and controlling system on the characteristics of Torque Converter .The system is a particular integrative system combined with mechanics, electronics, automation and computer science. The task of the testing system is to test external characteristics of Torque Converter,it is about the relation of the output torque, input torque , efficiency and output rev. About the way of testing, data acquisition and data processing is by PC.The hardware and the software design of the testing system are expound in detail. For hardware, the technology that how to acquire data and control output signal are discussed. For software, the software modules of the system are introduced. In the end how to deal with disturbances is specially expound.The testing system worked well in practice. The industry of producing Torque Converter can use it for references .
