Hydraulic Torque Converter Performance Test Bench Measurement And Control System Of Experimental Research

Hydraulic torque converter is one of the most important parts of the car,has very big effect in improving the adaptive ability of vehicles,by the road capacity and the vehicle's automatic transmission.This paper introduced a hydraulic torque converter performance test bench measurement and control system based on LabVIEW software.The measurement and control system is a typical electromechanical integration system for the purpose of measuring the hydraulic torque converter performance parameters.This paper mainly introduces the hardware,software design of the measurement and control system and performance test methods and conclusions.Hardware part mainly introduces the components and their function and the composition of measurement and control system;Software design part of the key to design each module of the system software,including using Origin software for data processing.This paper mainly adopts the computer measurement and control system to control test-equipment and data acquisition;Will be measured by the data processing by the software,then saved to a computer,finally draw the original characteristic curve of hydraulic torque converter.The measurement and control system can make the hydraulic torque converter performance test more convenient and accurate,at the same time,shorten the development cycle of the measurement and control system and the test data processing cycle.The following five aspects are the main work and conclusion of this paper:1.This paper introduces hardware composition and software design of hydraulic torque converter performance test bench measurement and control system;Software adopts modular structure design,having the main menu and instructions in Chinese,the friendly interpersonal interaction interface made full preparation for the teaching and experiment.2.Based on LabVIEW virtual instrument laboratory work platform complete hydraulic torque converter performance test bench measurement and control system,through the multi-function data acquisition card and sensors,etc.established the channel for collection of the parameters of hydraulic torque converter.Under different working conditions,obtained the hydraulic torque converter in each parameter dynamic data and real time curve display.3.Based on the hydraulic torque converter performance test bench measurement and control system compile software to complete the experiment control system design,namely the motor speed and load regulation.4.Using Origin software fitting of hydraulic torque converter under the traction of the original characteristic,and get the original characteristic curve equation,thus know the test under the maximum efficiency of transmission ratio.Compared the curve with the theoretical curve,so as to verify the validity of the test data and accuracy.5.Based on the hydraulic torque converter performance test bench measurement and control system to accomplish data save,display and basic performance analysis of hydraulic torque converter,etc.At the same time,the computer measurement and control system shorten the system development and the test data processing cycle.
