This thesis is derived from the sub-subject "Marine Electrical Module(MEM) Research" of "two hundred thousand ton Floating Production Storage and offloading" plan made by the State Economic and Trade Commission, the research work bases on Belanak FPSO, this project emphasizes the study of fire automation monitoring and alarm of large FPSO.Fire automation monitoring and alarm bases on the fire detector. Through adopting optical fiber in photoelectric smoke detector, this project designs new type Infrared Optical Fiber Photoelectric Smoke Detector. It emphasizes the study of experiment equipment, the design of infrared emissioning and incepting circuit, the design of signal processing circuit, and sensor demarcation.Fire automation monitoring and alarm system of FPSO is important part of information monitoring system of FPSO. First, the thesis consults 《Code for design of automatic fire alarm system》 drew by China, analyses environment condition of rooms of MEM, and studies the disposal of fire detector. Second, fire detection loop is studied and seven loops are designed for MEM, through combining all sorts of fire detectors and computer technology, it can quickly response all kinds of fire and put out fire early. Finally, software is designed for fire automation monitoring and alarm of FPSO. It uses LabVIEW 7.0 as Software Development Platform, adopts Graphics Language and idea of designing function-modules. The programming content of the software includes design of graphical interfaces, data acquisition and data processing, the database, and the network data transfer etc. Combining with hardware condition in the laboratory, the software is tested and proved practicable and reliable. |
