| The article is "The Design and Research of Up and Downs Liquid Level Detector and The Safety Monitoring of Engine Rooms". The research task is from the "The Research of Electric System Integrative Design Technology", which is the sub-subject of "The research of Ten Million Tanks Floating Production Storage and Offloading Engineering Key Technology" plan made by the State Economic and Trade Commission. Dalian New Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd builds the research object CFD.Because there is a large deal of flammable and explosive goods like crude oil in VLCC's cargo oil cabins, it is very dangerous to monitor cabins' status by using electric signal. Based on information of liquid level detector inland and overseas and using the technology of modern electron, computer, sensor, designed new-style liquid level detector, up and downs liquid level detector. By the interaction of magnet, the instrument converts the change of liquid level height into the change of infrared intensity, generates variational digital signal and transmits signal to the monitoring room for disposing analysis and outputting, so that can safely detect cargo oil cabins. In this article, the design instrument machine structure, the monitoring system of signal's collection disposing and display. Up and downs liquid level detector is used for FPSO's cargo oil system.VLCC's cargo oil system is a important part of VLCC. The article is based on Dalian New Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd's project, refereed to a lot of information inland and overseas about VLCC, through a lot of calculation to get valves work logic of the cargo oil system, finished the monitoring system about liquid level, temperature, valve state in cargo oil cabins. In this article, Visual Instrument idea is introduced, LabVIEW platform, which is an advanced software in test and measurement field at present, is adopted. Through using graph program, the real time and dynamic graphic interface, the program of data acquisition and processing in cargo oil system, database saving, and data transmission in network are finished.A lot of research and experiments are done to test the oil liquid level detector, and the software of cargo oil system is simulated. The result shows that the design of instrument is exactitude, the precision is relatively high, the software runs in regulation, and this research meets the consumer's requirement. |
