Using the conception of Inventory Management and advanced skills of Inventory Management has become the one of the most important developing trends. In recent years, many experts at home and abroad make some valuable studies outcome in the domain of project mechanical manufacturing enterprises. However, the studies on Inventory Management and informationization of project mechanical manufacturing enterprises are scarce. The entire traits and guiding idea of this management pattern is dissertated; system structure and running pattern of this management pattern is built; the respective studies are made on foreground and background Inventory Management patterns.Second, the studies on critical technologies of this system, inventory control technology based on ABC taxonomy and TOC theory and WEB service technology of the system design are made based on the studies of system structure and running pattern.Third, based on the above analysis, the system design of project mechanical manufacturing enterprises is made, the system structure including object system, structure system and function system is built and the analysis of functions of sub-system is made.Last, aiming to the inventory management characteristics and present conditions of , an inventory management system of project mechanical manufacturing enterprises is designed and developed with good application effect. |
