An System Analysis Of Safety Management In The Building Site Of Housing Architecture

Along with entrance into a new historical period of all-round construction of a relatively comfortable standard of living, the need of the residents in our country to improve the living condition is increasing continuously. In fairly long period of time, the construction of housing district is provided with broad and developing prospects. However, the safety management situation at present allows of no being optimistic, especially in the building site of housing district.First the paper analyses the present situation and the shortage of our country's building safety management, and some problems, which are still existed in builders' understanding about the safety management task. And on this basis, this paper advances that the safety management of the housing district building site must adopt some management models and methods, which are appropriate to its own characteristics.Next, on the basis of the present documents and engineering examples, this paper carries out theoretical study on the safety management. It analyses the differentiation of accident hidden troubles, the preventive mechanism and its management principles; the characteristics of safety management in building site; several relations which must be dealt well with and several principles which must be ahead to in building site. Then, according to the traits of housing district construction, as well as some engineering examples, in order to suit the need of safety manage in the building site , the building enterprises should be guided actively to make use of OHSMS to carry out standard management; before beginning building, builders must carry out the tasks to distinguish the danger source in building site so as to make all the administrators form a deep realization about the danger in building site; in order to overcome the shortage of "big aspect and vast side" which has difficulty in doing all-round management in housing district construction, the safety Vision Identity system should be set up in the building site;At last, this paper makes use of lever analysis methods of systems engineering and fuzzy synthetically judge techniques of fuzzy mathematics to set up the evaluating norm system of safe situation in housing district building site, and use this system to make evaluation to a certain building site in engineering examples. Using the result of this evaluation, the safe situation and the safety management level of the whole engineering project can be all-round controlled in the building site.
