Research On Mechanics And Electricity Of Automatically-Returned Bill Machine And Its Realization

Automatically-Returned Bill Machine mainly controlled by computer is a kind of financial equipment which involves several functions such as bills manage, multimedia query and bills of document printing. The appearance of Automatically-Returned Bill Machine both simplifies the work process and reduces the workload to bank employee, at the same time, it both saves the waiting time and improves facility to bank clients. Based on the old-type Automatically-Returned Bill Machine, we laid emphasis on improving the performance of both mechanics and electricity, and practically designed a new-type manufacture with the name DG400 which has a higher performance and a lower error rate. In this paper, we firstly analyze the whole structure of the DG400 Automatically-Returned Bill Machine from mechanics, electricity, and software design, give system flow charts, and introduce a hierarchical control system, in which PC computer is used as master, and a single-chip micro-computer as slaves. Secondly, based on the control structure, we describe in the detail data transfer between master computer and slave computer, and the design of both micro-computer control module and master computer manage module. When constructing the system, 89C52, C51, Delphi + Access are respectively chosen for the hardware design of micro-computer control module, the software design of the single-chip micro-computer and the master computer manage programming. SPComm control is used for serial port communications under Delphi environment. Finally, prospects are given. The new-type Automatically-Returned Bill Machine proposed in this paper has been practically applied to some subsidiary banks and branches of both China Construction Bank and the Agricultural Bank of China in the Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces.
