Research On System Integration Of Intelligent Building Based On BAJA

With the rapid development of computer and information technology, people need not only the pretty outline, stabilization structure and reasonable space partition of building, but also safety, comfort, convenience, exchange of information and energy saving etc., thus, a new generation of building - Intelligent Building was bound out. The main character between Intelligent Building and traditional building is the intelligent, to do so, many kinds of intelligent systems was added into the building to expand the functions by the computer network, communication network and automation equipments. At present, the technology development of system integration of intelligent building has been more mature, so diverse integration models are emerging. However, the research on system integration is still on the independent and functionality stage, and what's more, there is not a common, universal guided design generality. So it is very important and necessary to research the technology of system integration of intelligent building, especially make theoretical researches on it.The development of system integration of Intelligent Building goes through the stage from traditional DCS to Fieldbus control system. Though the Fieldbus as the communication technology of the automation field can build an under-stratum network of Intelligent Building, with the increase of the demand of opening, interoperability and integration of control network and information network, the lack of no unified standard, bad opening, hard interoperability, insufficient equipment, high expense and difficulty of integration was exposed to us if Fieldbus is adopted to realize the system integration of Intelligent building completely.The research content is the technology of system integration of intelligent building. Through the study of the aim, model and technology of system integration of Intelligent Building, the thesis analyses the existing problems of the system integration of Intelligent Building, and brings out a technique of system integration of Intelligent Building based on WEB technology and BAJA standard. The thesis also studies deeply the character and standard of Niagara and BAJA, and apply it torealize system integration of one Intelligent Building based on BAJA. The research shows Niagara technology improves the interoperability of respective subsystems in the intelligent building, while simplifies the environment of system integration. What's more, adopting the method based on BAJA is easier to expand the functions of system, which makes the system more opening, so it is a new way to integrate each subsystem into an intelligent system of building. In addition, I research deeply on one subsystem that is the system of boundary defending and alarming. I improve Lagrange algorithm and then apply it to the system so as to reduce the system the signal misinformation rate of the system.The paper elaborates on the way of realizing system integration of one building based on BAJA as following, especially the structure of building automation system and the soft framework of the whole integrated system. Then I present an Lagrange algorithm that is applied to the system of boundary defending and alarming. Finally I conclude the research question and present the future and prospective of system integration intelligent building.
