Research On Intelligent Building Systems Integration Model

Intelligent Building is a highly cross-disciplinary, involving more than a dozenprofessional and dozens of technologies, including computing, software engineering,automatic control technology, network communication technology. Every technicalplatforms and subsystems contain different functions, due to different platforms usingdifferent communication standards and protocols, in order to make an intelligentbuilding so that the entire building "live". The object and purpose of systemintegration is to achieve integration of information, data sharing, informationexchange between the various subsystems in order to allowing interoperabilitybetween subsystems. System integration can be achieved not only combine betweensystems and provide a warm, comfortable, harmonious, safe and convenient livingand working environment for users and owners, but also for building propertymanagers bring convenience, system integration can improve property managementefficiency, reduce the number of employees and greatly reducing the daily operationsof the building maintenance costs.In this thesis, learned and researched a lot of literature about intelligent buildingsystems integration and basic understanding introduced the concept of intelligentbuildings, characteristics and its own development and prospects; this thesis focusesdon research and analysis of system integration, described in detail the concept ofsystem integration technology, development, and integration advantages of theprinciples, systematic exposition of the way of system integration,and a detaileddescription and analysis of each integrated way. There are two important integrationin the system integration, and they also a measure of the degree of integration of anintelligent building: integrated building automation systems, integrated intelligentbuilding management system integration, and made a detailed description and analysisfor these two integration; finally, built a model of intelligent building systemsintegration based on Web services technology, introduced concepts of Web services,and gave the structure and working principle of the system integration model andelaborated the whole process work of this model by an example.
