Roller Compacted Concrete Dam(RCCD) is one new type of dam, which has different characteristics in seepage and deformation to normal conrcete dam. The model of safety monitoring to seepage and deformation for RCCD is studied deeply. The main contents are as follows:(1) The space-time distribution model of dam temperature field is established basing on the temperature boundary conditions and the observation datas of thermometer. The seepage safety monitoring model of RCCD is established by using the principle of seepage rate equal effects and the theory of single crack seepage model in rock mechanics. In addition, the least square and genetic simulated annealing algorithms are applied to optimize the parameters of the seepage monitoring model.(2) According to the transverse isotropic character of RCCD, the method of determining the safety monitoring RCCD deformation model basing on modified water pressure factor and temperature factor is proposed. And the elastic modulus of the effect zones are analyzed.(3) The critical factors of RCCD's interface property are acquired basing on the observation datas. The RCCD's interface property is evaluated by using the multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method.(4) Applying the theories and methods presented in this thesis, the seepage and deformation monitoring models of the Shuidong RCC dam is established. In addition, the synthesis evaluation model of its interface property is established, and its behavior is evaluated.
