Auto pouring equipment of LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) is an automatic device integrated the knowledge with multiple disciplines which are sensor technology, electronic weighing technology, computer control technology etc. The control system of electronic weighing for LPG pouring designed with single chip processor show its extensive market prospect because it has well application and attractive price performance ratio.The research works of this thesis focus on:1) This paper analyzes and studies the advantage and disadvantage of the existing LPG equipment and the status of the correlative technique. It makes the decision of the system structure according to the function requirement and their principle.2) This paper realizes the circuit of hardware system;it enhances the safety property of the whole system by means of technique of safe-bar.3) This paper realizes the software system including the monitor program and every module;it resolves the problem of "water hammer" by means of digital moving average filtering method and explosion-proof valve with two controlling devices;under the VC++ environment, it completes the database designing for data processing of the up-grade computer.4) This paper studies the method of anti-interference and puts forward the action of anti-interference. It verifies the pouring precision by means of pouring experiment.The thesis structure is as follows:The first chapter introduces the background and the significance of this thesis, and it also introduces the status and the developing trend of electronic weighing. The second chapter introduces the structure, function, and theory of electronic control system. The third chapter introduces the circuit of hardware. The fourth chapter introduces the method of designing the monitor program, and realizes the function of every module. The fifth chapter analyzes the interference of the system, and puts forward the action of anti-interference. The sixth chapter introduces the calibration of this system and the methods and the procedure to debug the software and hardware, and verifies the precision of pouring. The seventh chapterintroduces the communication of up-grade computer and the software of data management.
