Research For Uncertainty Of Calibaration Device For Gage Of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Charger For The Uncertainty

The content of this thesis is that Shenyang Energy Standard Measuring Institute establishes measuring standard test equipment for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) charger as national standard, which is authorized by National Bureau of Quality Supervising and Inspection and Quarantine.Under the foundation of systematically analyzing basic principle and method of uncertainty degree, this thesis studies inspection method and uncertainty degree analysis for measuring standard test equipment of LPG charger, presenting frame and plan realized by computer according to quality information of uncertainty degree.Starting from the relationship between uncertainty degree measurement and quality management, this thesis stipulates the importance of the application of uncertainty degree in modern quality management, general situation of alien and domestic development about the theoretical research and application of uncertainty degree, and basic theory of uncertainty degree and evaluation method of uncertainty. Furthermore, aiming at the uncertainty degree of important qualification parameters during the test procedure of measuring standard test equipment for LPG charger, the thesis takes a living example analysis, deeply comprehends measuring test method, and presents new measuring methods for some of parameters, and then comprehensively evaluates and correctly assesses the uncertainty degree under the above bases.The calculation and presentation of uncertainty degree are same around world. Measuring uncertainty degree is not only standard for evaluating measurement level but also foundation for judging measuring result.
