Deviation-Rectification And Reinforcement Of The PHC Pile In Soft Soil Area

Since the Reform and Opening,with the estate fever, many Pile Inclination Accidents happened because people’s negligence in the requirements on the quality of pile production, survey, design, and construction.pile inclination treatment cases have been conducted in soft soil areas.The paper presents a systemic research on the deviation-rectification and reinforcement of PHC piles.(1) According to the current specifications, the paper starts from the classification and construction methods of PHC piles, and addresses such aspects as survey, design, and construction. Detailed analysis has been made on the construction of PHC piles in soft soil areas.(2) It has also summarized the methods of the deviation-rectification and reinforcemen of PHC piles and analyzed the applying range of various methods.(3) It has induced, from a practical perspective, a treatment template for PHC piles, striving to achieve the integrity,rationality,feasibility of the template.The key points of the template have been introduced in great detail in actual cases.The inclination-treating traction method, and the reinforcing filling core method have been proposed quantitative index.(4) The paper has analyzed the influence of soil plug on PHC pile sinking by comparing the measured data on the height of soil plug in two actual inclination treatment cases.
