Study On Guizhou Electric Power Dispatching Information System Security Protection

The paper introduces the security of the electric power dispatching information system. The dispatching information system includes the EMS system, power marketing system, TMR, and so on. The paper also discusses the general principle of the security construction, and analyzed the main attack to the dispatching information system.According to the security principles of the state power grid ,the whole dispatching information system networks is divided to "three lays and four regions", also the paper describes the conception of the "three lays and four regions". The first region is named "security region I", the second region is named "security region II", and third region is named "security region III", at last the fourth region is named "security region IV". The first region is the most important. Also the paper discussed the key devices and equipments in the dispatching information system, also explained the construction and principle of the devices and instructions. What's more, the paper analyzes the technologies which the dispatching information system of GUIZHOU electric power corporation can use, for example: the hosts protection , IP security , the usage and protection for WEB server. Also the paper analyzes the information networks of the GUIZHOU electric power corporation and the electric dispatching center, including the services for generation and management of the electric power. For every information system, the paper discusses the security problems that lies in the logical interface and physical interface of the system, and submitted a whole solution to improve the security level of the information system.
