Metro electric dispatching system plays an important role in ensuring the normal operation of metro system and traffic safety. The effective monitoring of the system by the dispatcher depends on the effective perception of information, among which the alarm information display is the main information source for the dispatcher to find the system abnormality. The unreasonable design of alarm interface could lead to the wrong diagnosis, thus forming the hidden danger of accident. The static and dynamic characteristics of the alarm interface information have a great effect on the diagnosis performance,so it is necessary to carry out an in-depth discussion on the alarm interface characteristics of the metro electric dispatching. This thesis based on the entropy evaluation method to quantify the alarm interface complexity, studies the effect of alarm interface information characteristics and time pressure on the alarm diagnosis performance, and analyzes the relationship between behavior performance, process performance and overall performance, and the relationship between information characteristics and the alarm diagnosis performance, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for alarm interface design, performance evaluation of fault diagnosis, personnel training and other applications. The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Through the on-site research interview and literature study, based on the in-depth analysis of the influence factors of alarm diagnosis performance and the evaluation index of alarm diagnosis process, the information characteristics of the alarm main interface and auxiliary interfaces of the metro electric dispatching system are analyzed in detail,as well as the contact between them. The typical diagnosis tasks of metro electric dispatching system are determined by combing the characteristics of the alarm task and the diagnosis process.(2)With information presentation type, information organization mode, information update rate and time pressure as independent variables, the alarm diagnosis performance as the dependent variables, designs and implements the ergonomic experiment. The relationship between the behavior performance, process performance and overall performance,as well as the effect of time pressure on diagnosis performance are studied respectively, and the related behavioral factors that affect alarm diagnosis performance are revealed from the mechanism level.(3)Based on the theory of entropy evaluation method, the use of information entropy and image entropy realizes the quantification of static interface complexity under the information presentation type and the information organization mode.Based on the information display rate establishes a method to calculate the dynamic interface complexity under the information update rate. The complexity quantification of the static and dynamic characteristics for the metro electric dispatching alarm interface is implemented. The relationship between the alarm interface information characteristics and the alarm diagnosis performance in metro electric dispatching system is discussesed, which provides a basis for the improvement design of the alarm interface.
