With the pace of the development and innovation of Chinese higher education, it is emergent to further improve teaching quality. On August, 2001, in order to further improve university teaching reform and quality, Ministry of education promulgated several advices about how to strengthen university undergraduate student teaching to improve teaching quality. Classroom teaching is the basic organ of college education, one of the key elements and the core and main channel of talents cultivation. With carrying out quality education deeply, it is an effective method and important means to form an intact, scientific and high effective classroom teaching evaluation system, for perfecting teaching management system, improving teaching ability, perfecting teachers' competition and rewards system, and improving classroom teaching quality, and it has more important realistic significance for deepening teaching reform and improving the efficiency of talents cultivation. Focusing on the Vehicle Engineering BS teaching, the dissertation, starting with classroom teaching function and principles, we constructed the index system of classroom teaching evaluation by utilizing system science and education evaluation theories, formed math model for calculating evaluating results and provided calculating methods detailed by combining effectively math-physics statistics. With educational measuring techniques, we formulated the organizing program and practice methods of classroom teaching evaluation by integrating practical work, worked out management software of classroom teaching evaluation system with computer and realized the automation of data collection, statistics and analyses, and analyzed the psychological phenomena and domino effect between the valuator and the evaluated with educational psychology theories in the evaluation of classroom teaching and provided the measures of adjustment and control.
