Research On The Changing Tendency Of Water Resources In Yunnan Province

To develop with population natural resources and environment coordinately is the base of economy and society sustainablily However, the water is the fountainhead of life and is the important stage resource related to the development of economy and society in yunnan province. Now four problem of water excessive lack of water water pulation water turbid, have become as a important factor, restricted the development of economic and social, puzzled the development in normal of in yunnan province seriously, In new period, in order to carry out the government' s water policy, to accommodate the development of economy and society, to adapt the change of supply and demand status of water resources, we need to resolve the important problems such as how to exploit , use ,configure, economize , protect the water resources. Moreover, we also need tostrethen the management of the water resources scientifically.Acording to the development of the society and the variation of the demand status of the water resouses, this paper provide the basis on optimizing configuration , reasonable exploitation , available protection, effective usage, integrative management, and sustainable utilization of the water resources by forecasting the next 30 years' possible changing direction.Based on the regional water resourses series of yunnan province during 1956 to 2000, using the method of statistics regressive analysis time sieries analysis gray forecast rainoff~flow coupling , this paper analyzes the main factor which influence the water resourses, such as rainoff river stream demand and supply , does some research on the tendency of water resources , and points out the possible tendency of programming year such as 2010 2020 2030 , afford the technology support for the acessement of yunnan.
