On the basis of analysis of the related theory researches, testing datas, design and construction datas, borrowing ideas from the design theory of prestressed concrete beam bridge, combined with the structural and mechanical properties of prestressed concrete composite box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs, this dissertation investigates the design theory and method of this type of bridge. Finally a design and calculational method of prestressed concrete composite box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is formulated.Based on the analysis of the research conclusions of bend and shear property, this dissertation indicates that it is unnecessary to calculate the strength of the oblicue section in the design of prestressed concrete composite box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs. Using of the research findings of the effective width and eccentric load effect of box-girder with corrugated steel webs, refering to the span of ultimate stress of externally prestressing tendon in foreign literatures, this dissertation proposes the formula of ultimate moment capacity of the prestressed concrete composite box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs based on elementary beam flexure theory.Through analyzing the research findings of this type of bridge's shear property, this dissertation attains a conclusion-the check of the webs' shear stress can substitute for the checking computations of the shear strength of prestressed concrete composite box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs. On the ground of 37 groups of foreign test results, this dissertation regresses a relatively appropriate empirical formula of the ultimate shear capacity of corrugated steel web based on local buckling.Borrowing ideas from the direct stress calculation of prestressed concrete beam bridge and combining the stress distributional regularity of prestressed concrete composite box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs, this dissertation proposes the formula of bending direct stress calculation of this type of bridge.
