Prestressed concrete composite box girder with corrugated steel webs is a specialsteel-prestressed concrete composite structure. Compared with the traditional concrete boxgirder,it has a lot of advantages,however,for the theory of composite box girder withcorrugated steel,our country is still in the preliminary stage at present.This paper chooses FengHua River bridge which is a corrugated steel web of prestressedconcrete three-span continuous bridge as the background to study the flexural behavior,shearbehavior and shear connector behavior.On the principle of structural mechanics, I derived axial elastic modulus expression ofthe corrugated steel webs,introduced the axial mechanical characteristics. By The contrast,Igot shear-lag effect of the prestressed concrete composite box girder with corrugated steelwebs. Ultimately,I introduced the ultimate stress calculation method of extenal prestressingtendons,the basic formula of ultimate capacity of the prestressed concrete composite boxgirder with corrugated steel webs was deduced based on the flexure theory. the whole bridgestatic calculation of the FengHua River bridge is presented, which include checkingcalculation of bending monment.This article introduced the three failure modes of the corrugated steel web shear bucklingand calculation methods,I use the ANSYS to set up the computational model with actualsimilar boundary conditions of corrugated steel webs,which is used for the shear bucklinganalysis of corrugated steel webs, on this basis,I change the size of corrugated steel webs toevaluate the consequences of different models in order to discover the effect of the sizeparameter on the web shear buckling performance.At last,refer to the Japanese standards.we introduce the design calculation and checkingmethods of the conmmon shear connector between concrect slabs and corrugated steelwebs.Finally,I check the shear connector between concrect slabs and corrugated steel webs ofthe FengHua River bridge.
