Research On Some Questions Of The Agile Supply Chain Under Mass Customization

Mass Customization(MC) production mode is the result that manufacturing enterprises production model has evolved, and it brings forward many new problems for Agile Supply Chain(ASC). Quick response and agility refactoring of ASC under MC have become primary problems to be researched. Firstly the paper expatiates the inevitability of MC production appearance, and main concepts of ASC. Then, this paper sets up architecture framework of ASC under MC, and discusses quick bid technology based on template, rule model of supplier measurement, the agile integration and refactoring of system realization. In the end, it gives out project example and puts forward the prospect.The first chapter analyses thesis background, primary characters and types of MC firstly. Then introduces ASC simply, and analyses the existed problems of it. In the end expatiates the research content, and gives out organizing framework of thesis.The second chapter sets up architecture framework of ASC under MC, and discusses main characters, common methods and key technology of it as a whole. At the same time this chapter guides the back chapters.The third chapter discusses how to quick make bid book. This chapter adopts template to manage bid data, establishes quickly individually assembled model of bid book based on Object Oriented, discusses operation how to work.The forth chapter discusses the agility and refactoring of supplier measurement under MC. Firstly it analyses the importance, common methods and problems of supplier measurement. Then establishes rule model of supplier measurement based on the requirement of agility, and describes the rule model in XML. In the end expatiates the flow of operation.The fifth chapter discusses how to realize ASC system under MC. Firstly analyses the primary characteristic of ASC system under MC, then following system requirement, establishes layer architecture model of system based on pattern, and analyses the principles of design and mode of realization for every function layer.The sixth chapter gives out the project example of ASC under MC, and the seventh chapter summarizes the study achievement and puts forward the prospect.
