The Policies And Exploring Ways Of The Riverside Area City Planning Of The Mountain Cities In South-west China.

This thesis discusses the experiences and problems of riverside area city planning both at home and abroad in many ways on the basis of concluding the foundation and underlying value of riverside area in china cities in a systematic way ,and puts forward appropriate city planning policies and ways in accordance with the comprehensive factors from the geomorphologic characteristics and layout of the mountain cities in south-west China ,which affect riverside area city planning ,The content of this thesis mainly includes the following four parts :Part 1 :The foundation and underlying value of riverside belt in china .The historic base and modern base are objects of study in the part of foundation. The valve of environment , the value of economy and the value of society are the objects of this study in the part of underlying valve The value of environment should include ecological value and landscape value .Part 2: Experience and problems of city planning in riverside area both at home and abroad .This part firstly summaries the experience of the riverside area city planning both at home and abroad ,secondly it defines the problems,and give some example and finally draws together the experience of riverside area city planning and points out the problems based on the above mentioned content.Part 3: The comprehensive factors which affect the riverside belt city planning of the mountain cities in south-west China .This part discusses from the following seven aspects: the factor of water environment, the factor of natural disasters, the landform character the zone culture the layout of river,lake and mountains,the function of the river, and its characteristics ,and defines the widely effect from the above-mentioned content.Part 4: The policies and exploring ways of the riverside area city planning of the mountain cities in south-west China .This part sums up the policies and ways . After analyzing the above mentioned three parts , the three main policies are: strengthening ecology environment protection ,attaching importance to relationship coordination among whole , consolidating to build the layout of water and mountains, and put forward three proposals : planning land use, adjusting the traffic flow , and optimizing the riversidearea landscape.From the above mentioned content this thesis clearly defines the thinking in the designing of riverside belt city planning in mountain cities in south-west china , sums up the success experience and failure lessons learned in this field and offers a reference for the modern riverside area city planning .
