Water is the source of life,the production of,ecological base.The party's "18" clearly put forward to promote ecological civilization,building beautiful China,realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.Jilin province in the western region rivers connecting project planning is according to the needs of economic and social development,combined with the feature of terrain and preparation of flood resources development and utilization of rain water resources condition and the overall plan for the prevention and control of water disasters.According to the characteristics of river and Lake Access project planning,combined with the characteristics of water environment in the area,based on mainly in the regional ecological environment,surface water,ground water,water resources,hydrological regime of water environmental impact analysis.According to national existing about legal regulations of provides,in on Songyuan city,and Baicheng and Nong ' an planning regional water environment survey analysis,to status and zero programme analysis for background.Through single standard index method and completely mixed model evaluation surface water water situation,through on groundwater dynamic changes analysis,used groundwater numerical simulation technology,established groundwater mathematics model.Through GMS software for solution,forecast project implementation before and after groundwater level of changes.Comparison effect of this project on groundwater environment.Judge Lake and River Connecting project planning,coordination and environment factors,environmental rationality objectively judge the overall planning of regional water environment benefits and possible adverse effects,focus on sensitivity and constraints,to make recommendations.Results showed that Western Rivers and Lakes connecting project planning in great ecological benefits at the same time,also water downstream hydrological regimes,water quality and aquatic ecosystem produce certain adverse effects and increase the risk of secondary salinization in local areas of the planning area.Lake after the control flow,the water level fell,but the decline was smaller,impact will be acceptable.Planned diversion makes the slight decrease in water resources and raw materials,on water intakes downstream water quality has a slight negative impact,but does not change the quality category.Planning introduction caused flood water diversion project downstream hydrological change on fish spawning and incubation form a certain influence.Water diversion channels and blister-bog part groundwater leakage,bubbles uplift of groundwater around the Marsh,salt and migrate to the surface,in the local area there is a risk of secondary salinization.Planning works during construction will also have some adverse effects on the environment,but the effect is temporary and limited,in effect disappeared after the end of construction.Through the connecting rivers and Lakes of Western engineering planning of water environment impact analysis,evaluation of water environment in General is feasible.
