| There are some ideas changing from traditional water conservancy to modern water conservancy in the water conservancy developments of Guangdong province.Now, the urban water conservancy projects are developed for preventing the disaster of water flood, pollution, and so on in Guangdong province, espcially for the city flood control projects, the sea (river) levee developments and the reservoir reinforces developments. Along with the social and economic development, hydraulic projects developping for improving the environment becomes a new direction in water planning and management. Many problems, such as engineering target, engineering scale, engineering quantitative analysis, etc. are important and need to do research.Regarding Xinjiang hydro project as an example, some problems above are studied in this dissertation.(1) According to the water function zones, the environment design standard of urban environmental hydro engineering is studied. As an example, this is applied in Xinjianghydro project.(2) Regarding Xinjiang hydro project as an example, the theory of water capacity isused to study the engineering scale of urban environmental hydro project.(3) Applying the water quality analysis methods, the water quality in Xinjiang hydro project is calculated, which is the fundation of urban environmental hydro engineering.(4) Applying the theory of benefit quantitative analysis, the environmental benefit is studied for the urban environmental hydro engineering. Regarding Xinjiang hydro project as an example, some results are very important to the research of other urban environmental hydro engineering. |
