| ?Electromotor teaching experiment is the main composite of internal-combustion locomotive transmission course. Theories and methods of internal-combustion locomotive transmission are found on the experiment, observation and the ratiocination. Looking into the experiment data, the student can understand theories and master the experimental skill. At present, the student and the teacher operate the lab equipment and record the lab data in manual. The precision of lab data is low. In order to improve the precision of lab data and master the alteration technique of the same equipment, internal-combustion locomotive transmission experimental equipment is rebuilt. In the thesis, the detail of theories and methods are discussed.According to the present laboratory environment and alteration request, the author states the actuality of the laboratory and the development of virtual instrument, and puts forward the virtual instrument alteration project. Using the advanced virtual instrument technique in the detect-control domain, the lab equipment is rebuilt as a integrated automatic system of data Acquisition, data record, data print and teaching management.The driving program of Data Acquisition board and the database management system of Labwindows/CVI are self-developed, in order to descend the cost of the alteration. In the thesis, the author states the development of VxD program, database management system of Labwindows/CVI, the development of Windows SDK in Labwindows/CVI and the multi-threading program. At last the electromagnetic compatibility and the protective measure are stated, in order to enhance the precision and the stabilization of virtual instrument measurement system.Now the virtual instrument has gone into teaching, and its performance has achieved the design require. |
