Research Of Boiler Control System Based On The Distributed Control Monitor System

This paper based on the boiler rebuild project of DaLian Maritime University. The design used the boiler control system of DaLian Maritime University as the research object, design the Distributed Monitor and Control System which based on the development direction and form of DCS.The paper introduced the basic structure of DCS and the makeup and the work principle of the boiler control system, analyzed the factors that will affect the distributed control system's safety and reliability and gave the countermeasure of it; the paper analyzed the DCS's trait and composing, and because of the cause that the data didn't communicate between the sensors in the field and input equipments and the principle that the design must make for the primary technology's inherit and alteration, the paper confirmed the DCS's frame and the software and hardware of the system; the paper analyzed the control object's characteristic and system's basal control process; the paper design the data collection subsystem .communication subsystem and computer disposal subsystem based on the computer monitor and control system's function requestBased on the analyzed and design's point of the distributed control system, the paper designed the distributed control system based on the field's parameter, and used it in the boiler rebuild project of DaLian Maritime University. In the end the design gave the system's deficiency and the method to ameliorate it.
