The Research To The General Layout Design Of Nonferrous Metal Processing Plant

AThe nonferrous metal industry in China has developed for more than 50 years and gained great achievements, that can't get away from the scientific planning and design to industrial corporations. As an important part of industrial design, the general layout design played an important part in the progress of the nonferrous metal industry. This paper discussed the both aspects on the site decision and the general layout arrangement of nonferrous metal plants, trying hard to seek for the current theories and the methods of the general layout design that can be adapted to the situation of our country.This paper is consisted of four chapters:1. From the developing background of our nonferrous metal processing industry, the author discussed the contents and meaning of the general layout design of nonferrous metal processing plants.2.Primary discussion is taken on the theories of industrial zones and the site decision of nonferrous metal processing plants.3.Emphatically analysis the theories and the method of the general layout arrangement to nonferrous metal processing plants.4.Combined with the examples of two nonferrous metal processing plants, this paper expatiated on its general layout arrangement.
