Electric cables bridge frames in nuclear power station should have fine seismic behavior that is an important condition for safe operation or safe shutting of nuclear power station during the earthquake. Before now the research on seismic safety of nuclear power station focused into principal structures and was behind in electric cables bridge frames. Electric cables bridge frames relevant provisions in seismic design code for nuclear power station in China is also not sufficient. In pace with successive construction of nuclear power station in China ,it is necessary to develop a research on seismic safety of electric cables bridge frames.Electric cables bridge frames are a kind of new type equipment for laying electric cables. Those had been firstly produced and used in developed countries at about the beginning of the 19th century 60 years. The equipments were firstly used in our country at about the beginning of the 19th century 70 years. Electric cables bridge frames have the merits that are cheap, rapid in installment, flexible in laying electric cables, easy in installment and changing, and have no limitation of location. These merits had been followed with interest, and urged the production apartment of our country to research and develop national series products of cables bridge frames. This change the behind situation welding cables bridge by profile steel and putting together cables bridge before now.There were two kinds of the electric cables bridge frames including cables ladder frames and cables tray frames from its structure. Electric cables ladder frames are commonly used in laying the large diameter cables, especially applied in laying high-tension or low-tension dynamics electric cables. However, cables tray fames are usually used for installing dynamics cables and laying control cables. In the sides of materials, mostly cables bridge frames are made by using thin steel plate in our country, yet development of light-duty cables bridge frames is thedirection of foreign countries, such as aluminium alloy cables bridge frames and nelon-resin cables bridge frames ,etc.At present, there are many factories of producing electric cables bridge frames, but few factories produce specially cables bridge frames for nuclear power station. The unified code of engineering technique for cables bridge frames of nuclear power station have no issued and applied in our country, and use principally the design and mechanics code of other countries.This dissertation by analyzing the responses of electric cables bridge cables under encircled response spectrum on several nuclear auxiliary building floor response spectrums of several nuclear power station(QINSHAN nuclear power station and Pakistan CHASHMA nuclear power station), had analyzed mechanics behavior and seismic characters of cables ladder frames and cables tray frames(made by thin steel plate), and had analyzed mechanics behavior and seismic characters of aluminium alloy cables bridge frames. The purposes are to make the design and manufacture of cables bridge frames standardize and partly universalize.
