The control of secondary adjusting hydrostatic transmission system which is different from the regulation of the traditional primary element (hydraulic pump), is the system that is directly adjusting secondary element (hydraulic motor). This system has a lot of the prominent characteristics such as simple structure, and good efficiency, especially adapting to the large, middle power machine equipments that have the big qualities, periodicity, in the short time, constantly accelerating and applying the brake. It is very remarkable in energy-saving.By using for reference, in theory, simply introduced the basic working principle of the secondary adjusting hydrostatic transmission system, the basic controlling rules of secondary regulation, and the most radical controlling rules such as rotational speed, torque control and power control etc.By analyzing theory and studying, check-uping the motion parts of secondary element and constructing the control system; and setting up the topmost rotational speed control system; designing and completing the software of date processing and system control. At the same time, adopting PID control by simulation studying the control system and the brake characteristics of secondary element.hi the aspect of software of data processing and control system, using Visual B 6.0 as empoldering platform, and PCL-812PG gathering board of Yanhua company of Taiwan as hardware base. Control program composed includes such function as real-time display of input and output signals by data or graph. At the same time, it can gain the error signals by comparing the controls PID control strategies and Fuzzy control arrive at the aim which controls the obliquity of slope plate of secondary element, and realize the closed loop control of system.At last, Simulating the start-up, accelerating, constant speed and decelerating conditions of city bus, by using simulation method studying energy-saving characteristics under the conditionof constant torque, power and rotational speed controlling brake. Analyse efficiency of energy callback and the time of brake.
