High efficiency is one of the main directions of today’s social and industrial development, especially particularly important in the hydraulic industry. The present system of hydraulic rotary loaded generally is relatively low efficiency, and the work performance also needs to be improved. In recent years the secondary regulation technology has been widely paid attention, this technology has not only better reliability but also better work performance, and it can make energy reserved and reused, so its application for hydraulic rotary loading system will develop very well.This paper loading for the hydraulic rotating equipment, analysis of the hydraulic rotary loading system based on secondary regulation technology, constructs a mathematical model of all parts of the system, simulated test is made on the Simulink module in MATLAB software for each model, a detailed exploration also is made on the energy efficiency status of each part of the whole loading system. And analyze the mechanical coupling occurs between the velocity system and torque of the system, and design the variable universe fuzzy PID controller based on the common PID controller. Through the simulation experiment, the result proves that the designed controller can eliminate the coupling interference.Provides a new adjustment method for hydraulic rotating equipments, the adjustment method can improve the working performance of the device, greatly reduce the energy consumption, improve the competitiveness.
