Reinforced concrete simple-supported beams or prestressed concrete simple-supported beams are widespread applied to middle-small span bridges. Although theoretical research and experiments are conducted so much, structural test systems for simple-supported beams are relatively scarce, especially for teaching and research. The thesis aims to develop a set of simple, economical and applicable test system of reinforced concrete simple-supported beams and make it a powerful supplement in structural experiment field.Strain and deflection are two principal experimental contents. The thesis expounds strain-measuring method and deflection-measuring method used in this test system on the basis of analysis of basic theory and introduces BQ120-5AA strain gauge, YD-28A dynamic resistance strain gage, PCL-812PG data acquisition card, DA-30 LVDT and mating data collector. To keep the measuring accuracy, anti-interference measures are inevitable. Because of simple constitution and little interference from outside, special anti-interference measures are not necessary. The aim of anti-interference can be attained only by means of selection and collection of wire.In order to accomplish experimental research, the thesis decides key parameters of loading equipment including static loading equipment and simulating equipment of dynamic load and describes their key components, operating principle and technological parameters. Test beams are designed and made. The thesis also programs with Visual Basic for test and control. In the end, the thesis combines two development tests, namely loading test of normal section of reinforced concrete simple-supported beams and structural dynamic test, to explain their program flow charts in detail. The experimental results indicate (1) loading equipment can afford static load and dynamic load; (2) program run is stable and program can acquire expecting destiny, namely displaying real-time, auto-saving and replaying experimental results; (3) utilizing present equipment and program, load test of simple-supported beams can be studied.
