Medium and small simple supported beam bridge is the most common form of bridge structure, under a variety of environmental factors, the bridge structure may face mang a sort of the damage or the damage caused by construction errors in the construction process. How to identify the damage and the position and degree of the damage and residual life have become a hot topic in the field of damage identification, domestic and foreign scholars have made a lot of research.Fiber Bragg Grating strain sensor is a new sensor. Compared to the traditional strain sensor,it is good for its high reliability, strong anti-interference ability, small volume light weight, easy to installation, high precision, large range, the long distance broad, multi-channel transmission,While the application of FBG sensor in the long span bridge has gotten some achievement, but the damage identification and health monitoring of more common small simple supported beam bridge are still lack of research.The macro strain is the average of the strain measurement range, the measuring r ange is much larger than the strain sensor can be arranged.The accurate identification of damage can be made with only a few sensors.And compared with the displacement parameters of damage identification index,the strain parameters of damage identificati on index is more precise. So the damage identification parameters get from the macro strain has received more and more attention.This paper takes the most common bridge of Suzhou city- simple supported beam bridge as the research object, introduces in detail by investigating appearance method based bridge rating method, the load test principle, verify the macro strain parameters for damage identification index can identify the damage.The main work is as follows:Recalled domestic and foreign research status of structural damage identification and damage identification of challenges and introduced the fiber FBG grating sensor a nd method of damage identification;Taking the most common bridge of Suzhou city- simple supported beam bridge as the research object,it summarized the evaluation process of simply supported beam bridge state appearance investigation method and based on load test to provide the reference for the similar engineering project.Based on the ABAQUS finite element software, established a single composite beam bridge and multiple composite beam bridge.Making out two kinds of damage factors in structure, verify the damage identification parameters of macro strain can be identified based on damage based on load test principle,;Verify the validity of the macro strain parameter identification index with the small proportion of I-steel beam test,The research content of this article is focused on how to use the exterior survey method, load test and macro strain damage identification parameters for damage identification of the small and medium-sized beam bridge in suzhou, and modeling of ABAQUS, damage factor of the two kinds of verified the macro strain damage parameters can identify the damage...
