In the recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese railway construction,long-span prestressed reinforced concrete box girder bridges by simple-supported isapplied more and more extensively, meanwhile, the main quality problems in thelong-term engineering practice and the studies on performance test of them is the concernfor engineering people from different fields such as bridge constuction, designing andtheory research, therefore, it is of great practical significance to study box girder bridgestrial production, performance test, long-term observation.This paper selects a long-span prestressed reinforced concrete box girder bridge bysimple-supported on the railway lines as the research object. After the paper discussesresearch status of prestressed reinforced concrete box girder bridges by simple-supportedat present, analyzes briefly the main problems in this engineering practice, including thestudy of construction technology, mechanical properties and the detection of long-termoperation.The contents of this paper is mainly based of the field experimental observation data,theory of statistical analysis, and so test the box girder design, manufacturing process, andpropose design, manufacturing process parameters for improvement. That is, to obtaindouble line whole hole box girder by simple-supported manufacturing process in a varietyof performance parameters and related information, to provide a scientific basis forimproving and testing of the manufacturing process of the bridge, and through thelong-term observation, research the basic law of temperature gradient of sunshine, creepon the arch and creep losses.The paper introduces the purpose, main contents, principle and bases and detectionresults of all sorts of detection and analysis in detail. Based on detection results and thefinite element method, large-scale finite element software was used to complementtheoretical calculation and analysis for the box girder bridge different states, the paperfinished the simulation analyses of the construction process of support construction, andachieved the target of explicit evaluation to the structural performance and the reasons for key problems.Meanwhile, combined with analyze simulation results, the paper gives full appraisefor real bridges, and further improve and perfect the analysis of the key problems of boxgirder bridges, gives some rationalization improve advise on bridges construction andgood economic and social benefits have been achieved.
