The development of Micro-electronics technique andintegrated circuit, especially the application of the programmable logicdevices( CPLD/ FPGA) provides a convenience for the design of the monitorand control system. Under such background this text put forward the methodof measuring the turn-over machine on the ships. This control system has a core part of XC9500 which is producted bythe xilinx company. Set up a the whole set of system by analying the shiplibration, which includes the head acceleration configuration, signalfilter, the data collection and data save for signal. Using the technologyof'top to down', we can take no account of the details about our designs,and we can quickly design the system, and reduce the cost. This experiment is just to do some prophase works, and puts forwarda way to the total design, and proceeds the design in parts of chapters.
