With the decrease of character size, the integration level of integrate circuit isbecoming higher and higher. SoC which put the whole system on a chip has become the developdirection of microelectronic. In the field of built-in application, SoC is widely used in ourproduce and live instead of system on board by right of its small bulk,light quality and highperformance. In the aspect of collection and dis pos ition of digital s ignals, SoC als o havedistinct predominance.According to the develop status of collection and dispos ition of digital s ignals, this paperanalyze several data collection mechanis m and establish the scheme of data collection moduleof sun-sensor SoC which is implemented with the method of DMA. Sun-s ensor SoC is a systemwhich getting the location information of airspace machine by calculatting the sun facula. Datacollection module take charge of receiving the data coming from AD and transmitting them intomemorizer pass ing through AHB bus,thus processor and signal dis pos ition module can readand dispos e the data. The data collection module can achieve Real-time data collection anddon’t use bus all the time, so it leaves time for the processor and signal dispos ition module todis pose the data, thus this system can realize Real-time data collection and dispos ition.This paper realize the son module of data collection module according to the scheme, aSoC was built based on the Grlib platform and data collection module was part of the SoC.Us ing C to write the testbench to realize hardware/software co-verification, this not onlyproved the validity of data collection module itself but als o proved this module can work withdata dispos ition module together. A FPGA antetype was realized on the ML510FPGAboard. During the procedure of verification, design code was loaded on FPGA byISE, system was debugged by GRMON. The result of debugging proved the validityof data collect module.
