With the development of domestic and overseas ship industry, the distributedon-line monitoring vibration network system is put forward based on the in-depthstudy on ship noise. In the system, a lot of vibration sensors are laid in the differentplaces of the cabin and the field bus monitoring network system is found, which thesystem can real-time monitor the total ship noise. Thus, on the one hand the systemcan predict the sound field characteristic of typical navigation state in order toenhance the navigational reliability, on the other hand for effectively protecting thehealth of the sailorman and passenger, the certain technology that can reduce oreliminate the ship noise are adopted. In a way, the total vibration of revolvingmachines in the ship may be approximatively regarded as the total ship noise. So thesystem mostly on-line monitors the vibration state of revolving machines in the ship.In the data acquisition system, through fixing the acceleration vibration sensors anddesigning the special data acquisition circuit, the vibration signal of revolvingmachines is real-time and online acquired, which offers exact and reliable data for thedata processing system. The paper's work is introduced briefly as followed:(1) Based on the total design model of the distributed on-line monitoringvibration network system, the realization project of unit data acquisitionis put forward and the theoretic model of data acquisition system isfound.(2) Accomplish designing and debugging of data acquisition system, whichincludes the analog circuit (sensor signal adapter circuit, amplificatorycircuit, filter circuit and A/D conversion circuit), the power supplymodule and the digital circuit etc.(3) Participate in segmental debugging and validating of the total project.
