This multifunctional dynamic testing platform is equipment for the colleges, and can also be applicable to scientific research in the scientific institutions and factories. The testing platform integrates the measurement of transmission, vibration and noise as well as the rotor. Through the experiments, the students will have deeper understanding of the knowledge in textbook, and will also grasp some measurement means. So it is multifunctional. Some errors and mistakes are made in advance. Through measurement and software analysis, the rules and the relationship between the errors can be attained. The system can measure many parameters at the same time, and spy the condition of the testing platform. So it is a model mistake-diagnosed system and has huge promising market.The structure of the testing platform is described, and the experiment content and principles are given in detail. The transmission error curves and space frequency curves are emulated. The circuits of rotor part and software are finished. And the phrase circuit and program sketch map are given. During the design of the AD transformation circuit, the interference factors are considered, which should be still improved. AT89C52 is chosen to be microchip for catching signals and disposing data. The data are transmitted to the computer by a serial universal bus. The computer program is designed by Visual C++. The MSCOMM controls are added to receive the data. The rotor speed, the axis track and limited speed can be measured, and the curves can be displayed on the computer.The effect of the testing platform is given, including its photo and the experiment curves that have been measured. The rotor speed curve, the axis track curve and the limited speed curve are listed. Finally, the work that has been finished and will be done to transform the testing platform to a product is summarized.
