Because ABS can prominently improve the automobile braking capability, it has become a basic equipment of Automobile Braking System. With ABS being applied on automobile more and more abroadly, how to inspect the capability of ABS nicely ,quickly and efficiently has become a very urgent task. At present, the widely used ways on inspecting ABS capability is the site automobile-test. But from trial result ,it discovers three aspets of limitation: costly expenditure , long periods and low nicety. In order to get over these limitations ,to realize the platformization on inspecting ABS capability is a fore-ground direction and approach..This dissertation just aims at these thing and has done some work on the platformization.At first the dissertation simply introduces the Characteristics of Two Axes and Four Channels Automobile ABS. Based on these characteristics, especially on the μ-λ Characteristic, and focused on the slippage rate λ, the dissertation puts forward a new kind of test station conformation for inspecting Two Axes and Four Channels Automobile ABS. Under the condition of meeting the technical parameter that the client provided, in order to widen the range of using test station ,tone up its applicability ,the dissertation abides by the principle of energy conversation , then calculates and confirms some important parameters of the inertia system (including inertia plates, axes, clutches, bearings and so on ). At last, The dissertation puts forward a resolvable ways for testing system..
