For the average rotor speed balancing testing needs to be done in a vacuum environment, so it needs to design a sealed space to guarantee the speed of the rotor that needs requires a vacuum environment.The vacuum system, which makes the vacuum tank can reach a certain degree of vacuum test to test rotor or shafts in the vacuum tank to reach a certain speed by dragging the trial system. High-speed rotor balancing test sets the general design of the rotor at 8000r/min to 20000r/min.External vacuum chamber is provided with a guide, the rotor swing frame transport flat cars and flipped bridge devices, capable of transport weighing several tons rotor or even tens of tons rotor to the inside of vacuum chamber. And the vacuum chamber is also provided with a groove for rotating the rotor iron and other support facilities.Rotor drive system is provided with a motor, add speed gearbox, intermediate shaft devices. And also provided with air lubrication systems, lubrication systems in vacuum, which drives the system to achieve normal operation. Those all depending on the operating requirements.The entire system and the function unit of the operation sets all through S7-300 systems and integrated control system WINCC to realize, through systems integration, the operation sequence and operation logic of each functional unit sets linked to form a logical functional, smooth-running test bed.
