Nowadays, the continuous improvement of the train speed results in the high rate of the freight train digression. Weather or not acquiring the force between the wheel and rail with accuracy and in time directly influences the calculation of the digression coefficient because of the important of the force in estimating the train running condition.High speed Digital Signal Processor (DSP) is the fast developing technology recent years. It has been widely applied in many fields. It can implement all kinds of digital processing algorithms more efficiently, such as image compress, digital communication etc. In various kind of DSP, the typical one is the TMS320 family produced by the Texas Instrument (TI) in U.S.A. On the grounds of the perfect capability and availability of DSP in the digital signal processing, the choice of DSP as the core component in the testing system is wise and advisable. And the TMS320C3X serials of TI company comprise of the most important parts in the floating DSP products.The main problem the paper tries to resolve is the application of the available Digital Signal Processor (DSP) in the testing system of the monitoring interface for ground security under the train running condition based on the current digital signal theory. In the paper, using TMS320VC33 as the system's Central Processing Unit (CPU), the design of the front access is discussed, as well as the other subsystems, such as the function of interruption, resetting, saving, communication and debugging. Furthermore the analysis of the Signal Integration (SI) is considered, which is improved the anti-noise ability and the reliability of the system, and the feasibility of the design is proved by the simulation. Finally, the drive program, working in the basement and the debug of the whole testing system successfully, is introduced. As a integrate data acquirement and signal processing system based on DSP technique, this paper may be referenced by following research.
