To meet the need of timely and accurate acquaint and analysis of the power plant fuel consumption in the reform of power industry in China, studies in this paper were mainly focused on the following several aspects:Online calculation of the thermal economical performance of boiler, steam turbine and heat system was discussed and studied, and the dynamic relationship between real-time unit1. coal consumption and load was acquired.2. Standard coal consumption of power plant were thoroughly studied. And from the two aspects of future load and recent load, calculate the request of annual standard coal consumption and short-period standard coal consumption, the uncertainty of request was analyzed with their change characteristic and affecting factors3. By establishing mathematical modal of fuel scheme, and considering the emission penalty, applying theory of operational research, performing optimization analysis, and acquire optimum consequence and exemplify it.4. The designation and application of computer auxiliary fuel management system include system general situation and function and introduction of system picture .
