Study On Humanistic Designation Of Landscape Environment For Urban Residential Area In In 21^st Century

With the rapid development of economy and the continuous progress of living standard at the 21st century, the substantial living condition is being improved with time goes by. Since the basic physical requirements of human being are met, we begin to seek for a more exquisite and more delightful residential environment. The situation is especially distinct in the cities of P.R.C.: people are eager to have a residence with attractive humanistic environment while the marketing progress of residences is going further and further. However, since we are at the preliminary development phase of the urban residential environment construction, which causes the nonstandard market circulation and the lag-behind of the theoretical study, several disadvantages for residents' use of the urban residential area are thus brought.This paper takes the relation between human being's living requirements and the residential landscape environment as the objects. Through study on the theoretical background of the residential landscape environment of Chinese people and investigations on the present residential landscape environment and using situation of the residents of China, I made the analysis and study on the substantial components of the residential environment, existing problems and human being's characteristics of living conducts by taking research measures of architectural planning and environmental psychology. I also made the discussion on the humanistic design for the spatial structure, features and types of the residential area by focusing on the substantial components of the residential environment At the same time, I further explain both the differences between the original intention of the landscape design for the present urban residential area and the actual use of the residents and several questions existing in the landscape environment design for the modern residences through the analysis on the typical case of the residential environment design.Through the analysis and study in the whole passage, I summarize the remarkable problems existing in today's urban residential landscape environment in China, issued primarily the key points toassess the humanistic residential landscape environment, and gives the concrete suggestion to be discussed on the humanistic residential landscape environment design. Therefore, several key points which shall be insisted on while creating the humanistic residential landscape environment I hope this passage will be valuable to the future construction of the urban residential environment of the new century in China. Last but not least, I made some suggestions on the future development in this passage.
