Hydraulic pump, as the power component, has the very important position in the hydraulic system. Whether hydraulic pump can normally and stably work has effect on whole system which attains the needs of design with work. So hydraulic designers always pay more attention to design and manufacture about pump test platforms. However, test platforms for high pressure pump being very important meaning to Guangxi economy are very seldom. The paper combines with the issue needs and proceeds research for technology of designing and testing in order to lay foundation for the next step.According to the concrete request of the test pump, this close test circuit project of the high pressure pump platform is made out. The test platform adopts controlled system for silion controlled governing and electrohydraulic proportional relief valve loading to achieve the microcomputer controlled. What' s more, principle and feather of retrieve power platform and not retrieve power platform are analysized and compared detailedly so as to fit different needs.After elaboratedly analysizes components of this system, a reasonable choice among the factors affecting the pump test platform system is made and mathematical models are built by means of the power bond graphs. On the basis of mathematical models , the characteristics of this system are studied by use of computer simulation. The efficiency of the pump are calculated and simulated; the stability, quickening and sensibility relating to dynamic response are analysized; the effects of some parameters on system performanceare discussed and the way to improve performance is pointed out at the same time.The project of computer-aided test for platform of high pressure pump is made out and test method is also studied, which can be referred for the next step.
